2.177 It is not righteousness that ye turn your faces to the East and the West; but
righteous is he who believeth in Allah and the Last Day and the angels and the
Scripture and the Prophets; and giveth his wealth, for love of Him, to kinsfolk and to
orphans and the needy and the wayfarer and to those who ask, and to set slaves free;
and observeth proper worship and payeth the poor-due. And those who keep their
treaty when they make one, and the patient in tribulation and adversity and time of
stress. Such are they who are sincere. Such are the God-fearing.

2.186 And when My servants question thee concerning Me, then surely I am nigh. I
answer the prayer of the suppliant when he crieth unto Me. So let them hear My call
and let them trust in Me, in order that they may be led aright.

3.159 …………Lo! Allah loveth those who put their trust (in Him).

3.194 Our Lord! And give us that which Thou hast promised to us by Thy
messengers. Confound us not upon the Day of Resurrection. Lo! Thou breakest not
the tryst.

3.195 And their Lord hath heard them (and He saith): Lo! I suffer not the work of
any worker, male or female, to be lost…………

4.40 Lo! Allah wrongeth not even of the weight of an ant; and if there is a good
deed, He will double it and will give (the doer) from His presence an immense
reward.

4.125 Who is better in religion than he who surrendereth his purpose to Allah while
doing good (to men) and followeth the tradition of Abraham, the upright? Allah
(Himself) chose Abraham for friend.

5.32 For that cause We decreed for the Children of Israel that whosoever killeth a
human being for other than manslaughter or corruption in the earth, it shall be as if he
had killed all mankind, and whoso saveth the life of one, it shall be as if he had saved
the life of all mankind…………

5.69 Lo! those who believe, and those who are Jews, and Sabaeans, and
Christians - Whosoever believeth in Allah and the Last Day and
doeth right - there shall no fear come upon them neither shall
they grieve.

6.63 Say: Who delivereth you from the darkness of the land and the sea? Ye call
upon Him humbly and in secret, (saying): If we are delivered from this (fear) we truly
will be of the thankful.

6.165 He it is Who hath placed you as viceroys of the earth and hath exalted some
of you in rank above others, that He may try you by (the test of) that which He hath
given you. Lo! Thy Lord is swift in prosecution, and Lo! He is Forgiving, Merciful.

11.90 Ask pardon of your Lord and then turn unto Him (repentant). Lo! my Lord is
Merciful, Loving.

12.64 …………and He is the Most Merciful of those who show mercy.

12.111 In their history verily there is a lesson for men of understanding. It is no
invented story but a confirmation of the existing (Scripture) and a detailed
explanation of everything, and a guidance and a mercy for folk who believe.

13.9 He is the Knower of the Invisible and the Visible, the Great,
the High Exalted.

13.13 The thunder hymneth His praise and (so do) the angels for awe
of Him. He launcheth the thunderbolts and smiteth with them
whom He will while they dispute (in doubt) concerning Allah,
and He is mighty in wrath.

16.51 Allah hath said: Choose not two gods. There is only One God. So of Me, Me
only, be in awe.

21.22 If there were therein gods beside Allah, then verily both (the heavens and the
earth) had been disordered. Glorified be Allah, the Lord of the Throne, from all that
they ascribe (unto Him).

21.30 Have not those who disbelieve known that the heavens and the earth were of
one piece, then We parted them, and We made every living thing of water? Will they
not then believe?

22.11 And among mankind is he who worshippeth Allah upon a narrow marge so
that if good befalleth him he is content therewith, but if a trial befalleth him, he falleth
away utterly. He loseth both the world and the Hereafter. That is the sheer loss.

23.91 Allah hath not chosen any son, nor is there any god along with Him; else
would each god have assuredly championed that which he created, and some of them
would assuredly have overcome others. Glorified be Allah above all that they allege.

23.117 He who crieth unto any other god along with Allah hath no proof thereof. His
reckoning is only with his Lord. Lo! disbelievers will not be successful.

Hereafter - that is Life, if they but knew.

difference of your languages and colors. Lo! herein indeed are portents for men of
knowledge.

to help it, (were ink), the words of Allah could not be exhausted. Lo! Allah is
Mighty, Wise.

35.28 And of men and beasts and cattle, in like manner, divers hues? The erudite
among His bondmen fear Allah alone. Lo! Allah is Mighty, Forgiving.

39.53 Say: O My slaves who have been prodigal to their own hurt! Despair not of
the mercy of Allah, Who forgiveth all sins. Lo! He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.

39.54 Turn unto your Lord repentant, and surrender unto Him, before there come
unto you the doom, when ye cannot be helped.

40.57 Assuredly the creation of the heavens and the earth is greater than the
creation of mankind; but most of mankind know not.

41.11 Then turned He to the heaven when it was smoke, and said unto it and unto
the earth: Come both of you, willingly or loth. They said: We come, obedient.

43.33 And were it not that mankind would have become one community, We might
well have appointed, for those who disbelieve in the Beneficent, roofs of silver for
their houses and stairs (of silver) whereby to mount,

49.13 O mankind! Lo! We have created you male and female, and have made you
nations and tribes that ye may know one another. Lo! the noblest of you, in the sight
of Allah, is the best in conduct. Lo! Allah is Knower, Aware.

50.16 We verily created a man and We know what his soul whispereth to him, and
We are nearer to him than his jugular vein.

52.28 Lo! we used to pray unto Him of old. Lo! He is the Benign, the Merciful.

73.9 Lord of the East and the West; there is no God save Him; so choose thou
Him alone for thy defender -

85.14 And He is the Forgiving, the Loving,

Allah's Messenger (pbuh) said that Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, stated: "He who comes with goodness, there are in store for him ten like those and even more than those; And he who comes with vice, it is only for that, that he is called to account. I even forgive him as I like, and he who draws close to Me by the span of a palm I draw close to him by a cubit, and he who draws close to Me by a cubit I draw close to him by the space (covered) by two hands, and he who walks towards Me I rush towards him, and he who meets Me in the state that his sins fill the earth, but not associating anything with Me, I would meet him with the same (vastness) of pardon (on My behalf)."

- Sahih Muslim Book 35, Hadith #6499 as narrated by Abu Dharr.

The Prophet (pbuh) said, "Allah says: 'I am just as My slave thinks I am, (i.e. I am able to do for him what he thinks I can do for him) and I am with him if he remembers Me. If he remembers Me in himself, I too, remember him in Myself; and if he remembers Me in a group of people, I remember him in a group that is better than they; and if he comes one span (of a palm) nearer to Me, I go one cubit nearer to him; and if he comes one cubit nearer to Me, I go a distance of two outstretched arms nearer to him; and if he comes to Me walking, I go to him running.' "
